Make a positive difference at work
Supporting somebody experiencing poor mental health does not mean diagnosing or treating a mental health condition.
It means being able to recognise potential concerns, listen appropriately, have supportive conversations and help someone access further support when required.
Developing these skills helps employees, managers and team leaders feel more confident when responding to mental health concerns at work.
