Become a Mental Health and Wellbeing Ambassador
A Mental Health and Wellbeing Ambassador helps encourage greater awareness, promote positive conversations and support a workplace culture where people feel more comfortable discussing mental health.
The role is not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It is about recognising concerns, listening appropriately, providing initial support and helping people access further help when needed.
